What experience do we have?

  • We utilize solutions based on Jira, which are currently  widely-used by Abengoa:Teams Jira: manages  requests, tasks, and incidents within the software development lifecycle.
  • AEM: Jira as a business management tool utilizes knowledge management, facilitating the participation and collaboration of employees to resolve problems and identify actions that correct and prevent them. In addition to recording the action plans and to the decision-making is the active management, which makes measurement and improvement of these processes possible.
  • AIR: Jira as a PRL management tool records any incidents (type, date and time of the event, place, activity, people involved, etc ...) and possible consequences: personal and/or material damages, environmental impact, etc. Additionally, it identifies the immediate causes, the personal factors and those of the system, as well as an evaluation or quantification of the risk that has materialized.
